Fisher fit and firing for LV= Cup test against Newcastle Falcons
Fisher has missed the past two games after feeling ill in the Aviva Premiership clash with Sale Sharks.
But the flanker, who signed for Saints after a successful trial during the summer, is ready to resume his impressive start to life in Northampton.
“He’s back and available this weekend,” said Mallinder.

“But he’s back now and raring to go.
“We’re delighted with the way he played at the beginning of the season and he’ll be involved this weekend.”
Another piece of good news comes in the form of Sam Dickinson, who is expected back next month after recovering from neck surgery.
“He’s making really good progress,” said Mallinder.
“He lost a bit of weight after his operation and he’s worked hard to put that back on, especially with his strength in the gym.

George Pisi is another player currently sidelined, after pulling his hamstring in the defeat at Racing Metro.
And Mallinder said: “George is recovering, he’s making good progress.
“He can’t get out there and sprint or anything because he’s just a couple of weeks into pulling his hamstring.
“It’s getting better and he’s back at the club now being managed by our physios and we’ll look after him until he’s ready to go again.”
