Early Christmas cheer for Great Oakley family beating the coronavirus blues
Christmas has come early for one Great Oakley family who are trying to lift their spirits by putting seasonal lights back on their house.
Claire Marsh decided that putting some their decorative lights would be a sign of hope and cheer people up during the COVID-19 shutdown.

"Everyone loves our lights and I want to put a smile on their faces."
The Marsh family, who live near the Oakley Road/Lewin Road junction, have put up a small part of their usual display.
Claire lives with her husband Danny, 11-year-old Jack and Charlie, six, and her brother Matthew and their parents Allan and Tricia.

Claire, 40, said: "We always play a game on Sunday night and somebody put £50 through the door.
"Allan and Tricia are involved with the food bank so we will donate it to there because demand is so high."
Despite their love of Christmas, the family will not be getting the rest of the decorations down from the loft.
Claire added: "I love the lights but I'm not having the Christmas tree up - it takes up too much room."
