They are The George in Great Oxendon, near Market Harborough, The Red Lion in East Haddon and The White Horse in King's Sutton, near Banbury.
None have Michelin stars but all three have earned the coveted Michelin Plate: Good Cooking accolade.
The guide's website says: "For restaurants, being in the selection is the sign of very good food, and the Michelin Plate is the symbol for that."
While they may be shut at the minute because of the coronavirus lockdown, they will be ready to be enjoyed once the restrictions have been lifted.

1. The Red Lion, Main Street, East Haddon
The Michelin Guide describes The Red Lion in East Haddon as: "A thatched, honey-stone inn at the heart of an attractive village, with a pleasing mix of exposed wood, brick and slate, a pretty garden and chic, cosy bedrooms. The good value, seasonal menu offers generously proportioned dishes; the scotch egg is a favourite. Service is smiley and enthusiastic."
