Dozens turn out as Desborough junior parkrun returns after 13 months away
More than 80 youngsters took on Desborough's junior parkrun as the event returned on Sunday (April 18) after 13 months away.
The free weekly event, which saw 82 runners tackle the 2km route around the picturesque Desborough Green Space on what was the event's second birthday celebration.

Hide AdIt also brought together 32 volunteers from across the local community who ensured that a safe, friendly run was delivered.
Matthew Peleszok, event director of Desborough Green Space Junior parkrun, said: "After 13 months away it was perfect timing to see us return on our birthday.
"The atmosphere before the children started was lovely to see and hear.
"Something that has been missing from our communities for such a long period.
