Liam Rodwell, owner of L R Garden and Home Improvements, charged clients £80 per load and promised to dispose of their rubbish at the tip.
But instead, he twice dumped it near Kettering borough villages and blighted rural areas.

Hide AdNorthampton Magistrates' Court heard Rodwell, 29 and of Edgell Street, was hired by two people to remove garden waste and dispose of it correctly.
In December last year he dumped the first customer's waste in Grange Road in Geddington. A month later in early January this year he fly-tipped the second customer's rubbish in Duck End, Cranford.
He admitted fly-tipping and was fined £1,384 for each incident as well as the council's total costs of £693.84 and a surcharge to fund victim services of £138 - a total of more than £3,500.
Shirley Plenderleith, head of public services at Kettering Council, said: "Fly-tipping not only blights neighbourhoods but costs time and money to remove it - resources that would be better spent elsewhere.
